Aside from the convenience of getting to carry your baby while still getting to use your hands to get things done, it's just plain good for your baby! And any time I don't have to haul around the carseat is a plus ;) Although, one word of advice: Put it on before you leave the house! I brought it with me to do some grocery shopping, and forgot to put it on. I just tossed it in the diaper bag and left. Since the fabric is so long, it was a little hard to put it on without it dragging on the muddy snow. It does, however come with a handy little carrying bag which I promptly lost. Don't worry.
