It's that time of the year where zucchini is taking over the world. Seriously, it's pretty much everywhere! I don't have a garden, but my friends keep me pretty well supplied with their over-abundance of garden fresh produce. So what do you do with those giant zucchinis? I mean, really, there's only so much bread you can make! So here's a collection of zucchini recipes...that aren't bread ;)
